What you’ll do!: Insulator/Field Technician/ Carpenter: Full time position

Technicians are required to learn the basic concepts of building science, which includes blower door/combustion safety testing, lead-safe/asbestos-safe procedures, proper installation techniques of insulation, windows, doors, and siding. All while being a part of a team, whose common goal is to leave the customer satisfied with our services and having a more energy efficient and healthy/safe home.

What you bring!: skills & experience

Possession of the physical capacity, endurance, strength, and flexibility to work in construction in all seasons.
Ability to wear a respirator and PPE
Being safety minded and able to follow directions
Ability to communicate with others
Attentiveness to standards of quality and goals
Willingness and ability to work in diverse cultural and economic settings
