For over a decade, the City of Milwaukee’s Environmental Collaboration Office (ECO) has been working to support energy efficiency projects for homeowners and owners of rental properties, through the Milwaukee Energy Efficiency program, or Me 2 . The program has supported over 1,300 home energy projects in the City of Milwaukee by offering affordable financing in partnership with Summit Credit Union. Me 2 is again offering rebates to City of Milwaukee homeowners (and owners of rental properties) for qualified energy efficiency projects, up to $1,000 per household.
